matter of time mission is bugged

you have to rescue soldiers---theres 3 sets of soldiers--the one in the middle is bugged--killed all of the enemies but it doesn't register so I cant complete mission

I am in the same boat as well, have tried logging out and back in and doing other quests and everytime i come back it's still bugged. Middle group.

I am on PC version.

Had the same issue occur, abandoning and restarting the mission seemed to fix it (the second time around...)

This happened to me last night.
When I went back to the middle there was a sniper that was invisible on top of one of the buildings but he was not firing.
Killed him and the mission completed.
