If its intended that arkfall monsters aren't suppose to give weapons EXP then what is the point? They aren't very fun, someone is always trolling with vehicles, half of the people participating are idiots and do not know to shoot the boss or do objectives, and they hardly give loot (I know arkfalls aren't intended for loot). The EXP gain for Ego is eh but there are other ways to get that and level weapon exp, earn script, and gain keys that aren't nearly as frustrating.
Definatly seems like a bug, but even without bug the hellbug one would be horrible for weapon xp due to the hardshell of the warriors.
don't use weapons with full xp bar and you will get weapon xp...
no, the hellbug arkfalls give virtually zero xp for hitting the mobs or crystals or even the boss.

It gives XP only if you land the killing blow. Unless you're in a group with the entire squad at arkfall, the XP isn't shared.
Thats not how weapon xp works at all, everytime you hit a mob you get some xp, its based entirely of damage not kills.
I know how the system works, I've tested it thoroughly and Hellbugs/Scrapper arkfalls, minor or major yield no exp to weapons. Raiders and 99ers do however.Originally Posted by atlantix
