i pre-ordered for all 3 platforms except xbl i was able to return (as it wasnt a digital purchase). I suppose you can say they "screwed the pooch" on that one for xbox, but alas im screwed with halving to deal with my expense of $120+ on the ps3 and pc digital pre-orders. So im gonna be forced to stick with something, and ill be damned if i just let $120 go out the window, because i was told to "give up" and leave, just because you or anyone else said so.

Im more than anything entitled to my opinion, and of course by my right (and purchase) am granted to actually have enjoyment from playing the game. If only i was smarter... and didn't believe in the company named "Trion" perhaps i wouldnt be out $120, where i can spend that else where. Oh well, my loss. On the flip side, i will continue to bad mouth and let others know everytime i see the commercial, "dont get your hopes up, you'll be more disappointed with all the downtime, and lack of play ability and the many problems that unfold" more so than what you paid for.

Simple... dont invest in something that is this unstable, especially if you played the alpha/beta testing series of the game, especially after being promised functionality of a game of this magnitude. Instead wait it out, dont be tricked/lured in by pre-order content. ESPECIALLY if its a online only based game, Get the DISC based version so you can return it and get a full refund (dependent on where you of course buy from), if the game doesn't turn out as you expect it (in this case defiance)

actually No they are not, yes all dlc will have Some content that everyone who has purchased orginal will be able to play, but majority of dlc content will have to be bought. so you can put that in your pipe and smoke it.
