Time Trials adding 3 seconds to end of race!! (xbox360)

This is important b/c of how close you have to cut it to score a gold. I didn't notice this until tonite when I decided to go for some gold times. It happened on three seperate races. You finish the race at 2:24 it shows 2:27 on the results screen. plz fix asap!

I have noticed this as well although it has usually been 2 seconds added onto my time rather than 3, but still a bug none the less.

my theory is the game is including the three second countdown at the beginning into the overall time.

sometimes when i restart a race the countdown sets in later than normal and the race starts with 00:04 on the clock.

That's the most obvious reason for that and again I start asking myself which kids developed this game...

5678 hours of downtime later and guess what still isn't fixed -_- anyone know of a work-around? i need my black charger.
