pup here looking for some pointers. Currently in a bind with a mild lag that makes game play difficult in this mission. Any helpful hints that you could give me to defeat Joe? I think I have spent more than enough money being "resurrected" lol.
Not sure what your issue is but I know I had initial problems hitting the little fella's gas back pack. Best way I found was to let him run upto me at the back and start spraying fire. Then I would strafe around and get a clear shot at his back (obviously you want a single shot rather than buckshot!). Then I would have time to reload before the boss became vulnerable again when the little fella was running back.

If you crouch behind the barricade in the middle before the little guy pops out and starts walking forward he will path on the left or right side (which ever side he spawned on) up and look at Rosa. If he has not seen you you get a free shot at his back.
Doing this have to make sure and terminate the guys that come up the sides fast as you can.
