I've seen this happen on my LMGs, though rarely. Also seen this happen on my Pump Shotgun, one of those where you need to reload every single shell of the 15 mag with a separate move - often enough my character would perform a full 15 reload moves and only have 10-13 rounds in the gun afterwards with the other ones being lost.

it is an oft-repeated bug with weapons, especially noticeable when using a gun that has a slower reload time, such as an LMG or a shotty. Rolling, getting hit by anything, or generally having a mob burp within your area of effect causes the reloading to restart, jettisoning the current portion of your magazine.

This is odd, because when one reloads a weapon normally, especially when magazine is not completely empty, you don't lose the ammunition, they just get added back to tally. What I mean is, if you are using a sniper, you get 50 bullets. Say your gun holds 10, and you shoot 7. THen you have a sec before a bunch of mobs, and decide to reload. You now have 43/50 and a full magazine, rather than 40/50.

So it is odd that reloading getting borked during a firefight seems to lose all the ammo, especially when it happens multiple times in a row. I have gone from 200+ shotty shells, after 1 magazine being emptied, to less than 20 final, all without being able to fire a shot in between... gotta love it...

This was reported daily by me, and many others, both via /bug and throughout the forums all during alpha/beta, and we can only hope that the fix will be in on the patch that will cure everything, due around the 15th....

I have the same issue and also I think everyone still has the bug where if you have a full clip and ammo but then switch to another weapon then back then you do not have full ammo anymore you are one clip low or doing anything else like zoning, getting in/out of a vehicle also cause the same issue.
