One of my items has gone missing.

I was taking a break tonight and watching some livestreams, logged back in around roughly 12:50 PM Eastern time. My client had to patch which I thought was odd.

When I logged in I noticed my crosshairs were different. I had a detonator equipped, which is really odd because I never use them. I do have one in my inventory but haven't got around to starting leveling up the skill. When I noticed, I hit the loadout screen key and the primary weapon slot in my first loadout was empty. I clicked on it and realized in the weapons list that pops up that my SAW was gone.

It was one of the green ones the vendors always sell so I replaced it easily but this kind of bug in a game that has gone live is quite troubling. I submitted a ticket in game as well.

Open a ticket with support, or use their live chat, a gm can restore it. (assuming you want it back)

There's a bug with the salvage matrix that deletes an item if you sign off while adding a mod.
It seems to have caused random deletes for people as well.

Hi, yes I did put in a ticket. I don't particularly care if the item or scrip cost of the item is returned to me. I already replaced it as it was just a green from the vendor with vendor purchased mods, not more than 4k scrip at the most. But it's a bad bug to have in a live game.

As far as the salvage matrix goes, I definitely did not have it open when I signed off. I had that SAW for a while. It was probably maxed on experience already, and I put the mods on it when I first got it.

I lost weapon too, I wasn't aware of the bug and wanted to try and improve my purple EMC XAR-22. I have since put a support ticket in and hoping it will be restored to me. I will be very careful, in future, not to log off when an item is being upgraded.

Same exact gun I lost. Now it's sitting in my inventory collecting dust... such a shame too, haha. They ended up giving me two of them and I salvaged the other one by mistake, figured support wouldn't help again on the same problem and it wasn't that much of an issue.

I found that my ticket regarding the same issue had been closed when I checked today, with a form letter response. I recommend checking and if that's the case, reopen the sucker so they know you want your crap back =)

I lost a grenade yesterday, didn't do any modding but did the salvage for parts in a co-op mission and when I got out from the mission my grenade was deleted.
It's annoying to have random items deleted and I hope the bug will be solved asap.

Lost an item as well a few days ago. I was saving an Ego 80 fully modded (purple) auto shotty to give to a friend but it disappeared from inventory. I did have it equipped in one of my loadouts. When it came time to trade it, it was no where to be found. I know I didn't sell it because I wanted to save it to give away -- especially since I've added mod slots to it and cost a bunch of salvage to do it.
