Yeah for some reason no one in the game talks. It was the exact opposite in Guild Wars 2, all kinds of lively and good-spirited chatting. In this game other PCs feel more like NPCs because you don't interact with them at all.

I like to PUG and meet other people, make some new friends in the game to hang with when my clan isn't online. I'm not saying DCUO is better, but when I'm on DCUO i have tons of friends to hangout with when I am not with my league. The DCUO chat box everyone is talking(hero side) you can even get a couple laughs in from time to time and have a complete conversation with a stranger and then be friends. From looking at PC we need a friendslist like theirs you add ppl in the game not add ppl in the game towards your friendslist.
