I noticed last night that my assault rifle which started at 0 xp still brought NO skill gain at all throughout the entire session. My skill level in assault rifle is 12 and it just stayed at 25% of the bar filled. Its not like I wasn't killing enemies. I completed all my contracts, and ran around 7 major arkfalls.
Any clue why?
Since yesterday I have a bug with all my weaponskills. They don´t progress anymore and I tried different new, not-maxed out weapons. Then I played about 6 story missions, 10 side missions, 3 co-op missions and was participating in 4 major and 10 smaller Arkfalls with just an assaultrifle and an auto-shotgun. The result was no skillgain.

Only in the hottest years this happens. And this year, it grows hot. We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skins... and sometimes much, much worse. Good to know it is not just me then, but a wide spread issue. Hopefully we see a fix soon

I just tested this and can say it has to be certain people experiencing this. LMG just hit rank 17 which I am happy about, three more to go. I however am not happy that reload has raised for the passed three levels and shows no difference xD.

arkfalls don't count towards weapon exp, might help explain it :P

I didn´t know that but I haven´t seen any progress and was doing missions for hours too.
