ok I'm still learning the areas and enemy types, wht exactly do I need to do for the rocket surgery contract today? I'm not sure where the farms are and which enemy type I need to be looking for.

Sorry about that, I haven't got around to putting a picture up yet of the enemy, I'll go and do that now.

If you check the location picture, it leads the way to the best place I found for it.

North-East ish from Headlands Transit Depot is a place called Miwok Ranch, there are a ton of Raider Blasters and Elite Raider Blasters there.

Killing them on any Farm or Ranch (check the area name) should be okay.

I'm not sure if I am missing them or something, but I'm not finding any Blasters on Miwok Ranch. Finding plenty of Rioters though, I remember this farm from when you had to get gas masks off of those guys.
