Data Recordings not registering

I got the "That's All I Got" data recorder at The Crater bar awhile back, and have just been going over accomplishments in my pursuits, it doesn't say that I have it and the data recorder itself is not flashing again for use.

old news that "thats all i got" is bugged ... seems still not fixded
