Arkfall healing

Add a rank for healing during major arkfalls showing how much they healed and place them ranked as combat damage is stated.

I've been running around PC and PS3 (Trying to get all the Trophies) so I've been hitting lots of Arkfalls. Yeah I've had the 2nd Highest Kills , Second Highest Damage. No Deaths, and around 20 something Revives (No clue how much healing I put out with my BMG but it had to be way higher then my damage. And I still only got 2nd and a player with only like 31 Kills 1 Death and no Revives. got ranked 1st, My Kills were in the Hundreds!

Few lads from my clan are dedicated healers so they run about not killing just healing people as they get hit.
