received a ground pounder detonator as loot and its max and min damage is 0x3. also my 650 and 800 hannibals all have the same stats. what gives? it clearly gave different stats before purchase. what a waste of 10000 script

The detonator does damage with the cluster of bombs but not the initial explosion. The tooltip bugs out and reports 0 damage.
