I was just at EB last week and put like 160 bucks down on PC UE.... but its not on the pre order list here on the website? Am i missing somthing? did i preorder for a differnt platform? i mean, my receipt says it is for PC...

Shows for pc so I would assume your good to go.
I think the website don't have the PC ultimate edition because both the PC pre-order options are digital downloads so you have to pre-order the PC ultimate edition at a store where you can go pick it up since it has physical items within it.

I just got back from my local GameStop and was able to pre-order the PC UE.
I work at Gamestop, and I have not only bought the UE for PC, but also sold it.
