PC Bug - Items & Loadout

I can equip different Powers in the loadout screens (3 loadout slots unlocked). However, every time i reset perks in 1 loadout it messes up the perks in the other 2 loadouts. after exiting the menu completely and re-entering (press L) all perks will be the same in all loadout screens while the powers are as selected (eg decoy in one, overcharge in other)?!


Below screens show the same item. In character inventory (press I) and in vendor (show inventory). The slots/ mods are stuffed. I have traded 0 items in game. i buy mods all the time and add and remove mods as well.
3 open mod slots in character inventory (stock, mag, scope).
in vendor view: icons show 2 of the 3 slots used (stock & mag), while the description also shows +1.03 crit mod in the "closed" barrel slot ?!?!

if you respec your EGO powers it's erasing all perks and abilities you've unlocked, unlocks are common for every loadout. the unlocked perks are what you can choose from and you equip different unlocked perks in different loadout.

Or perhaps what you're saying loadout 2&3 should be perks empty after a reset in loadout 1?

what i am saying is that I can NOT "equip different unlocked perks in different loadouts". Whatever I click/ select, after I exit the menu, and re-open it -> the perks in all loadouts will be the same .... even if chosen otherwise.
