How exactly do you get reputation? Is it by the number of people you kill in PVP or am I missing it completly?
I've also tried to find the ShadowWars but its never on the map, am I missing something there as well?

I believe reputation is earned by completing the daily contracts, things like collect 25 hellbug stomachs or whatever it is. I may be wrong though haven't had much time to test it.

When you hit 250 EGO, open up your Goals window and click to the right tab. You'll see various contracts that you'll have to figure out how to complete.
Completing contracts which you have to first unlock
