I don't like too much either. The recoil sucks. But if you add some mods, it definitely helps. I've been playing with it just to max it out.
I like the other Votan AR (name escapes me at the moment). The recoil on that one is a bit better/more manageable than the Blast Rifle. Haven't really gone in-depth though with some decent mods to deal with the recoil issue though so who knows how that turns out when it's fitted properly.
That's a misleading question. I "like" the gun a lot, however I don't think it is very good unless you find the right version with the right elemental effects and put the right mods on it, then it can at least be good. It will never beat a burst rifle with some decent mods on it though.
I've got one that does Bio damage its pretty for pvp use lmg in missions
I love mine. Get a good bead with overcharge and watch the numbers fly!
Also great for regular guys. Not so good for arkfalls.
I'm experimenting with many SMGs right now and so far I'm liking this one. Wish they had their own type of bullets though.
