New emergency I've never seen before

Yesterday I found new kind of emergency I've never ever seen before: Gang War.

Unfortunately emergency was bugged cause after killing all npc's (raiders) - nothing happen.

That's actually one of the original emergencies, that's an old gem! There's another old and rare one that spawns a weapon vendor [just like a town vendor, nothing actually worthwhile in it]

I'd like to see that reimagined in someway...perhaps it can carry weapon and mod caches from previous synergies that have been rotated out of Py'Numbra. It's such a cool and unique emergency that it deserves it's vendor to be just as unique, not just your regular run of the mill vendor that you can find at just about any fast travel location.
