When the world goes to shtako, someone has to clean it up.
hit M and look at the legend, it will show you the icon that means it's an episode mission.

Well, I would like its physical name. Since they are the ones to be removed and I have 6 days to do them and I can only play on days off.

there is only one icon on the map at a time for the episode mission, it's pretty simple.
i did them already so i don't have the names.
hit M, look at legend to identify mission.
the name isn't really important, but if you need it for writing a guide or something i can't help you.

And hugdealer already told you twice that the missions are very clearly marked with identifying icons on the map. There's a legend on the right that even tells you exactly what to look for.
Knowing the name isn't going to help you find them any quicker since you'd still only be looking for the map identifier.
It's not just the name that won't help you, at least for me some of the episode missions didn't pop up until I completed certain main story quests (especially when they involved key characters) so...unfortunately I think you and me just have to play more than we have been to complete them before Monday the 15th

Yes, they are called EPISODE MISSIONS and clearly marked as such.
