In multiplayer there are multiple things that need to be rebalance.
-WAY too many people use Cloak and Sawnoffs.
-Infectors are too strong, Specifically the bugs... 2 of them can kill a person.
-Overcharge is only Overpowerd if the player hits his target, but its pretty much instant kill if he does.
-Blur allows players to move at the speed of light practicly, but no negative effect on aim.
Im sure there are more things that need to be balance, but you cannot use things from PVE the exact same in PVP. This causes massive imbalances, and overall breaks much of the multiplayer. The Victor should be determined by who has the most skill, not by who has the highest level or which team has more players using cloak. Please rebalance the PVP based on its own scale, not the scale used in PVE. One weapon that is good in PVE should not be that good in PVP because anything "good" in PVE is always over powered in PVE.
