4th lost weapon today!!

Trion, come on man... thats both of my shotguns including my rare and purple fully modded out, now you take my new purple AR. How the **** am I supposed to want to play if you keep taking all of my items. Filed a ticket, but from what I have heard you do nothing to fix this.

Do we need to take a break from this until 15th to keep weapons?

are you quitting the game/ entering instances while doing something in the salvage matrix??

Try making sure you've completed everything in the matrix before doing something else, and hopefully will be fine.... theyve said there's a problem with the matrix in that regard...

if its not that then,, well,, wait for a patch i guess... hasnt happened to me yet

How did it happen? Was there a critical sever failure or did you just log in and find them gone?

So ive been havin the same problem, ive lost three legendary, and four purple weapons over the last two days including my legendary emc sniper that was fully modified. when i log in some weapons are gone and others vanish when i try to equip them.

BTW guys, the most common way to lose them is when they are in the salvage matrix, so if your removing mods/retrieving them for example, its a very common way to lose the weapon.

I would love to know what people are doing when this happens to them. I haven't experienced this yet and I would like to keep it that way...

Lost another weapon, not modding at the time. I am going into Pvp or into Co-op and soon as I get into the new match, it shows a blank in my weapon slot for both pvp and co-op. I just keep losing items all day. Ive sent a ticket in, but I dont record the names of each weapon down, why should I?

Check the community blog Day 3 where they say not to go into the matrix when in the queue or in the middle of a quest. It's in the paragraph that says Disappearing items!?

There is no reason you would be loseing so many items and others are not. That makes no sense what so ever. Unless your running a system with "tweaks" or have tried to mod files. At times weapons will load slow yes but they do not vanish. Unless you happen to get a Matrix bug when useing it.
