Last time I ran into a beachbody coach online I ripped him apart for over selling, talking bollocks and lighting tricks on progress shots...but you... All those links and not one sales pitch. I like you...I was ready to have you all shot, but perhaps not. haha.

Nah, I am not about pushing products at all. A coach that takes pride in his work doesnt do that. Im just about havinga healthy lifestyle and networking with others. I use all the products and I love them but, selling isnt what i am about. Just spreading the word on good health is worth it. And thanks! I have ran into some coaches that dont even take time to exercise and worry about their on fitness, all they do is sell products that most of the time they arent using. I am P90X/insanity certified and really just love fitness, I got into it all because I was a fat *** and couldnt play with my daughter without getting winded.

Thats brilliant buddy, I was the opposite myself, 130lb bag of bones for over ten years, married and have two kids yet I still felt like a wee laddie. Spend the last year changing that..still goin'. I'm studying for my level three myself, so hopefully this time next year I'll be a certified trainer.

I'm trying to get into better shape, but ran into a road block couple months ago.
I was working out like crazy for a few months, things were looking good but then my calf muscle ended up tearing and only over the past week have I been able to really walk around. Apparently this was due to not stretching enough or something according to the internet. So I'll wait another month before I get serious into working out again so I don't reinjure myself.

I have only delt with torn muscles a couple times, I just do very very light stretching for about 30-35 minutes a day. I made sure to do weekly checks if possible with doctor. Once my muscles were used to the stretching I got clearance to do yoga, and once my body was through a good routine of yoga I was able to start with weights again. AGAIN, you need to always check with your doctor before you do anything strenuous with any kind of pull or tear. You do not want to worsen it! Goodluck with your recovery!

I go to the gym twice a week. 30 minutes of cardio (crossramp) and after that lifting weights. Does someone has good suggestions for foodsupplements?
