This may sound crazy but I may just skip the console beta. As much as I want to play this game, if I play the beta it will be such a tease! Plus if the beta is the 15th to the 18th, Ill miss most of it because I'll be out of town. Womp womp haha

I also sprung for the Ultimate Edition at EB games. If you are gonna go, go all out. But Yeah I certainly hope I get an invite to the beta. Though when the game comes out I will be playing it pretty much everywhere with an outlet and wifi. I got the halo 4 console w/ 320GB Harddrive...and Just recently bought A Gaems 155 Sentry Personal Gaming Environment.

Long story short, I can sit in the coffee shop next door to work and get headshots online during my breaks.

But again. Hope I get an invite *crosses fingers*

Also, its nearly impossible to write a proper bug report on console. The majority of the bug reporting is done in game so they can get data on how the bug occurred, along with your sometimes multi-paragraph description of the bug. Unless you have a keyboard hooked up to your xbox, you're not going to be writing worth while bug reports.

The only reason to do a console beta, is to stress test it, and make sure everything works the same on console as it did on PC. There honestly, is no reason to have a true console beta/alpha when you can do everything much faster and more efficiently on PC. When was the last time you guys had a true console beta? The betas are all done on PC because its nearly impossible to do a proper beta on console, for the reasons I have already mentioned.

No, Trion is not ****ting the bed, they are simply trying to make the game the best it can be. The Betas are not meant to be a demo, so stop with your self entitled attitude, and wait for the game like an adult.

Edit: This wasn't directly aimed towards you, but to all the Console players who feel they are entitled to a beta/alpha.
crisis 3 had a beta, but you are right that it is more cost and tech savy for them to do the major beta's and alpha testing on PC. i am glad to wait but i do beleive it would not hurt to let people know a date.
