    Even if ur not bio locked it still allows the person to essentially stay off the radar while fighting you.

    I've been electrocuted by a clocked person and unable to find em because of the visuals on my screen... I still get a decent score in pvp but when faced with ppl using this method it ultimately makes it feel cheap trying to beat someone like this. You gotta hide because you cant face them head on most of the time
    Jenny and I both use elec rig. It works very well to distract players in pvp.

    Neither of us ever use bio nano guns in pvp because of the potential to bio glitch other players.

    I dont know if this is agaist forum rules or not, but this is what Rarnok pm me when I let him know it was not working at all in pvp.

    Re: Passive perk of electrocutioer rig does not work against other players

    Thanks for the heads-up. It should be acting just like a flashbang or electric nano proc.

    220 - On hit electrocute an enemy for 3s. Electrocuted enemies are stunned and take increased shield damage.
    a flash bang stuns, this rigs stuns a player and a stunned player takes increased shield damage .

    The cool down is 6 seconds that needs to be increased to 60 seconds ,the proc chance is 100% that needs to be reduced to 25% . Look at the players who had to switch to the electro rig to compete ,its about gear not about skill then . Most of the new jp rigs have a 6 second cool down which is overpowered ,the razor reign rig 60 seconds cool down ,25% overcharge chance make em all like that ,i thought we were tryn to create some sort of balance here ,once balance is achieved then skill will dominate ,right now its all about gear for the win.

    pm a dev and see what they tell you. the last part states "Electrocuted enemies are stunned and take increased shield damage." stunned ,flash banged or Electrocuted what ever you want to call it . when a player is in that state , that enemy takes increased shield damage.
