Is anyone actually getting their missing weapons/equipment replaced?

I finally found the perfect weapon, added all mod slots and mods to it (added corrosion nano which may have been an issue) only to find it missing when I logged in the next day. Never even got to test it out in pvp...

So I hear this is a common issue related to a some bug. But is anyone actually getting in game help? Just wondering because I've heard bad things about the in game support.

Also, should a person be taking screen shots of their loadouts to provide to support?

No youve heard right. This is my second time logging in and finding a missing weapon. The first time i put a ticket in which took about 3 days to get a response back. The response was basically "look in the forums for an answer. If one cant be found please give us the name of the missing item." If the item names werent like Matchlock XGM-25 it would be easy but no. I honestly dont know any other way to get my items back now.

I do not remember the item names, I had a fully modded Legendary
(orange) SAW equipped in slot 1, I added a mod slot to another weapon,
a sub machine gun, and logged out before it was completed... when I
logged back in, my SAW was gone, slot 1 showed up as having nothing
equipped and I could not equip any weapons on the main character equip
screen. I had to equip from the INVENTORY screen and they still
wouldn't show up on the character equip screen. I could not swap
weapons from slot 1 to slot 2 either by pressing (triangle).

It also took my resources but did not add the slot to the weapon I
modded to begin with.

The same thing happened with the purple assault rifle from the episode
missions. Apparently I am not the only one having this problem as there
are plenty of comments all over about their weapons disappearing.

I would like to get my weapons and some mods back... resources it cost
to mod the weapons also...

Had a purple infector from the territories vendor go missing after a patch.. knew its exact name of course and so contacted support via live chat with the info. Got my weapon back in under 10 minutes.

You'll probably have better/faster results using Live Support on Trion's website if you can. Puts you in touch with a Live GM and you can see exactly where you are in the Queue. (Under an hour the times I used it)

Tickets can work, but seem to take forever for anyone to get to them.

This....They were able to return my orange VBI Tacc that got lost in the matrix
