Safe To Let Rollers To Level 20?

Is it safe to let my roller skill go to level 20? Its about to ding 20 now but after see the posts about it resetting to lvl 1 im asking the devs if I should leave it lvl 19 until they fix it? (hopefully on the 15th)

So is it best I just use runners now until this is fixed?

My friend leveled up to 20. Then it reset to 1.

They changed this right at the end of testing. Vehicles used to go to 40, but they decided to make them 20 instead. Obviously a change they should have let us testers have a crack at before launch, since it's totally bugged now.

Errrr.. Small issue... What if both Rollers and runners are at 19? You'd have to walk everywhere...

I see no fix in the patch notes, this makes me sad. Rollers lvl 19 Runners lvl 10... if they leave this much longer then what, they expect us to walk everywhere or have our skill reset to lvl 1?

According to Dixa's post in another thread, it does affect weapons.

Vehicle skills don't add 4 EGO per rank like weapon skills do, if that's what you mean.

They will soon apparently, according to the patch notes.
"○ Increasing vehicle skill now adds to EGO rating."
