Reloading Issues

Nearly every time I try to reload a weapon the animation for reloading happens but sometime it does not reload, i.e. the clip is still 0, though it uses up the ammo. This can happen 3 or 4 times in a row and eat up all your reserve ammo very quickly.

This happens the most in crowded areas like major arkfalls.

Same with me. It happens to ALL guns, but mostly with the pump shotguns, since it loads shells individually. My shotguns will reload all 8 rounds, one by one, then go back to zero a second later. or sometimes even as I'm still reloading.
