The short answer is no , the dlcs do not even carry over onto another profile on the Xbox never mind onto a pc

Hopefully Trion gets its act together on the next gen console then, because Id love to keep playing this. But the 360 version is pretty dead. Was going to play on PC. I didnt mind starting a new character over, but damn sure am not paying 40 bucks for all the DLC.
Forgot about the vehicles and outfits i bought too. Trion, you need to figure out a way to fix this issue for your players!
