Why does no one seem to understand they aren't minor Arkfalls inside major Arkfalls they are the Major Arkfall. Minor Arkfalls are the single circles you see every once and awhile out in the middle of no where. They consist of hellbugs, scrapper, bandits, mutants, ect.
Question:
Can you kill ANY enemy within a major arkfall? As in, within the radius of the arkfall circle (the big red one) if you kill a 99er for example does that count toward the total?
This information would be a huge help to a lot of people around here, methinks. This would open up a lot of options.
Oh people, if you can't get that pursuit without being a jerk and killing the enemies you need to keep alive.
Then you may need to check your skills....
Get out of the car and shoot something. Maybe you can then aim better and get that pursuit....
if you do any scrapper arkfalls it resets your pursuit kill count just incase anyone didnt no already lol![]()
I just completed a minor arkfall solo and got 58 kills whilst mainly aiming for the crystal and just shooting at enemies that got in my way or were causing too much damage (flying hunters and the explosive lobbing towers).
I was driving to a major arkfall when a minor started right on my route, and I guess everyone else went for the major. They are significantly harder solo than in a group!! First few stages were OK, but once it gets to 3 towers launching explosives, a couple of hunters, and the large rolling matriach chasing you it makes it really hard to focus on shooting the crystal without dying.
Just keeping running a fairly wide circle around the crystal, shoot at the weakspots, roll out the way of attacks and try to reload somewhere in between. 1.8M damage later and all I had to show for it was 1 green and 1 blue shield.
You can kill them in Blue Crystal Arkfalls and leave them alone in Red Crystal Arkfalls.
Is there a point in rushing pursuits? Or grinding levels? Just enjoy the game slowly.
Or just think like this, if after making the Arkfalls harder, more time wasting and increasing the chances of failure to complete that pursuit, once you completed it, then what? Aren't the mobs you kill from then on pointless? And then you lost all rights to complain about someone else going the same.
