Why Isn't it purchaseable

For some reason I bought the season pass instead of the game. I thought it was the game. But the game isn't even available for purchase on the Xbox Live Marketplace. If it is then I am stupid but if not can someone tell me why and when it will be purchaseable on the Xbox Live Marketplace

Why can't you buy the actual disc? You need it so you can rip it to your HDD and run the disc for a smooth performance.

You're going to need to buy the retail disc, almost no games at all are available on games on demand until many months after release (this isnt an xbox live arcade game).
