Bloodlust vs Quick Charge BAD COMBO!

Misleading title supposed to be Bloodlust + Quick Charge

It seems to me that combining bloodlust and Quick Charge is rather useless.

#The cooldown of Overcharge is 50 seconds, 41 seconds with T3 Quick Charge.
#T3 Bloodlust which gives you a 3% Ego Power Recharge every 5 seconds as long as your doing damage

Bloodlust + Quick Charge

Cooldown = 41 seconds
Bloodlust activates every 5 seconds, 41seconds/5seconds = 8.2
41(0.03)= 1.23 seconds
1.23(8.2)= 10.086 seconds
41s - 10.086s= 30.914 seconds
Cooldown= 31 seconds


Bloodlust

Cooldown= 50 seconds
Bloodlust activates every 5 seconds, 50seconds/5= 10
50s(0.03) = 1.5 seconds
1.5s(10)= 15 seconds
50s - 15s=35s

So technically if you combine bloodlust + quickcharge you only save 4 seconds instead of nine*!

*Assumes your doing damage every 5 seconds.
