main mission glitch i cant progress anymore

Hi I'm on xbox and on the main mission old friends old swords. It is glitched. Has been for hours. Today was my day off and my day to be defiant! I know there are a lot of bugs, but this ones big. Its not just me, over 50 people are having this issue. The npc you need to rescue is glitched and is unrescuable. Please fix. Keep up the good work.

same issue. When I approach the mission the marker says 1m away when I am standing on top of it.
