its the same with most guilds buddy I run a rather large clan on xbox EU and apart from pre defiance xbox live friends a a few members who join the partys with mics there isn't much coop within it happly come Mondays big *** patch all voice chats will be working making the clans have a bit more of a guild feel as chatty with clan members will be a lot more easy that said I have been founder of many guilds on diff mmos n you do need a leader who trys to make the clan work as a unit even in games like wow if you don't chat as the leader it puts the rest off so if I was you scotty I would start my own and say to player when they are joining that you only want them to join if they are going to be active members helping,questing and chatting with other members and your at the perfect stage to start 1 as the games new and fresh there are new players joining every day good luck if you do :-)
