    Too bad "patcher" isnt even one of the things in the file folder so I cant even edit it... wtf. It literally is working on the computer next to it...

    Same problem. Launcher opens. Click play and the window goes black as the game opens...then immediately minimizes, and remains minimized. Music in background. Folder mentioned (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Defiance) doesn't exist. Running app in Glyph\Games\Defiance as admin or in compatibility modes doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, also ran launcher repair tool.
