I am around 600 now and got a ton of purples but sadly from lockboxes. The only orange i got was from a t3 lockbox and guess what... It was a nade.I think Trion has to overwork the whole loot-, lockbox- and arkfallreward system.
When I was little, we found a man. He looked like, butchered. The old woman in the village crossed themselves... and whispered crazy things, strange things. "El Diablo cazador de hombres." Only in the hottest years this happens. And this year, it grows hot. We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skins... and sometimes much, much worse. "El cazador trofeo de los hombres" means the demon who makes trophies of men.
I have 2 purple shields, 11 purple weapons and 1 orange weapon, and I always find purple loot like 6 times a day, to be honesty I find purples so much I thought they were not that rare but I guess they're.
Has anyone else noticed that almost ALL of the major arkfall rewards are grenades or shields????
at the moment arkfalls are just too easy to warrant anything better then that, if they made them a challange then we shoud be rewarded with good loot....Originally Posted by TenuouePie

could thos who have that remember what enemy that dropped these purple items like mutant minigunners forges or other like these or just random bandits maybe can get an idea of what to farm
I've had quite a few purple drops... No oranges though.

i have only had blue drops from enimies and i have 3% perk boost, plus i do quite often get items that glow orange BUT the writing is white and i still pick it up, but its a white item in my inventory. WHY?
