Xbox People, Second user on Xbox also requires install?

Hello.
A second user on my xbox wants to start playing Defiance but it prompts for the installation again
.

The game is up to date and fully installed as I play it already

Any ideas?

Ive got to the bottom of this... and its very clever
As the xbox has a limit on patch sizes and DLC they install the Game as a save file.

As saves files are profile specific they cant be shared. Thus multiple installs

That is brilliant! I wondered how they were going to get around the Xbox patch limits, and just assumed Microsoft was letting it slide or something. That is really cool to know.
