Incorrect shop descriptions of Orange Dodge Challenger and Other Vehicles PS3

So I was in Marin and was very surprised to see in the shop an Orange Dodge Challenger that had higher speed boost speed and hitpoints than the pre-order dodge challenger. It had equal damage but lower boost amount. I was intrigued and then sold a majority of my items to afford the hefty 15500 price tag.

The dodge charger I received was actually worse then or equal to the stats of the pre-order dodge challenger which is a major disappointment especially since I had to sell items to afford it in the first place. To top it all off it was a hideous color.

Please correct your descriptions in the shop because a bait and switch swapping out my hard earned scrip for an inferior vehicle is a major detriment to the game. If the descriptions were accurate I could understand. Because then I would be paying money for a skin change and would know in advance that what I was buying was a worse vehicle then the one I currently have. But buying it on the premise that it was superior then having it replaced with a terrible version is insulting to the anyone who bought it.

I also included the screenshot of the Orange hannibal 800r which also stat wise is better then the starter rover. I strongly suspect that it is incorrect as well. NO other four wheeler has had better stats then the starting rover which I suspect is a critical oversight.

Finally I attached my ticket number so my case can be resolved swiftly as I would like compensation as I wasted all my scrip trying to obtain this "superior" vehicle.

Nero, every vehicle in the game is this way atm. The shop shows (what i suspect to be beta/alpha) values that I think have since been *normalized*. The most hideous thing any game dev can do, all in the name of "fairness". But yes, I too spent 15k scrip on the Hemi challenger, I also spent 15k scrip on the olive drab buggy (it showed faster boost recharge, better top speed, and more boost amt than stock buggies). So I know your pain.

As far as accurately reflecting its usefulness, I am all for that. But price? Scrip doesn't seem to be an issue. its like every mission is throwing me scrip for just existing.

I just sell almost everything I find and keep the nice stuff for upgrades till I max the gun out. Sell, rinse, wash, repeat. I have yet to drop below 70k now, and thats after buying vehicles.

Vendors calculate the speed bonus from your vehicle skill into what they display. The bug is that your inventory does not.

Edit: Correction - Upon further analysis, vendors are calculating the bonuses twice, whereas your inventory calculates the bonuses correctly.

If that was true then I would have the runner and atv max speeds pursuits by now.

If this were true, then the stats of the vehicles in my inv would not change when I level my roller/runner skills. If you cant get my drift, they DO change when my level increases. So, OP's comment is still valid.
