Happening me too on Xbox. Hate the way its the side mission that you need to finish a pursuit that is bugged.

So I have tried all of these stupid things and wont work... so sad. feels like once you get a "chain" quest one quest in the chain takes hours if not days due to it being bugged and you have to "walk around the left tree, jump over the scrapped car to the north of the tree then walk backwards back to the same spot you were, and finally jump into the water and swim back..." to get the quest to work.

I also did it after endless attempts. I guess i was just lucky because when i got to the mission 2 guys already started it and it didn't bug! Wow so yeah now i have completed all the missions and side ones

This happened to me during my first attempt. I tried what someone suggest and jumped into the water, then got myself reset. No luck. So I did what any sane person would do. Blew myself up with a freshly looted cluster grenade! I extracted instead of self-revived and ta da! They continued on again and I finished the event. Gotta say, I liked it when it worked.
