i was stuck so i jumped in the river swam out to sea and when i came back to life it solved the problem. hope this helps

Best way I found to avoid the bug is don't kill the ones your npc's are attacking until last - otherwise they move up and that when things get wonky.
1hour and 30minutes! I AM PROTESTING in the area. I will not leave the area until something gets done or i will get disconnected. So now i think it's bugged for the whole server.
I will leave my computer on overnight if i have to!
Course most people would just leave the area, relog and get a new phase....so you're really only keeping it bugged for yourself.Originally Posted by Ceois

Anyone know what missions i need to do before this shows up ?
I think all of them. If I recall it shows up after the Nim one and the other side missions after.
Did you try to move far away so in case a mob was bugged trying to aim at you will reset.
Actually there was only two side missions that were needed as far as i know for it to show up. Anyway i got it and went the mission place and someone had already doing it near the end, i just killed the waves of enemies and got it completed
@Figma you don't need to do all of them i don't remember which but try to do the ones that are o the left side of the Overpass.
@Exes i tried everything to no avail. oh wel......
That's exactly how I did it, OP try swimming out to sea and get ported back.
