Account managment Authenticator

I can't do jack on my account since I have an authenticator tried in to my rift account. Every page I load on the Trion website asks me for an authenticator code. EVERY PAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got tired of that **** and just tried to removed it from my account, I enter the authenticator code and it kicks me out to the main menu with the phone authenticator still required.

I cannot enter any promo codes to defiance because I'm spammed with authenticator checkstops. Fix it.

Hmm thought when they removed it from the client they had removed all functionality of the authenticators to do with Defiance .. Apparently not

The account system in Central and is for all current and future TRION games.

They only removed the authenticator from the Defiance Client. Which I hope will reinstate ASAP! As it's absolutely ridiculous they removed it.

SO I really hate to necro an old thread but Trion support is useless and I am stuck so I am hoping maybe the community has some answers here. I cannot do anything except post to the forums because My authenticator apparently no longer matches up with the account I attached it to. So I do the email ticket thing about not being able to log in and get an automated response that they will get back with me in 90-120 hours. two weeks later I haven't heard anything from Trion at all and still can't access my account. Anyone have a similar issue and how did you get it fixed because the "trouble logging in" report thing sure isn't the way to do it.
