OK so I went to Gamestop and pre-ordered Defiance Collector's edition and got me a code for a spore shot, but then later that day I wanted to reserve the Ultimate edition and did so but I recieved a second spore shot code, seeing as how I cannot use two spore shots I was wondering if anyone out there may have done this and recieved a second code as well, I would like to trade my second code for a code from another pre-order, I would prefer to have a BMG code but if someone else has a code for something else they would like to trade me I will def consider it. If I dont have a trade lined up within a week, I will do a pick a number contest and the winner will get a spore shot code, but again I would prefer to do a trade

Isn't the code on the receipt for the beta? Or am I missing something?

no the code is not for beta, and the codes should be transferable between platforms, seeing as how you dont enter you code in game, you enter it here on the website at www.defiance.com/start and the website links the DLC to your account, so when you create you game and link it to your Defiance account, all your unlocked content is there, same way all your unlocked content from the Arkfall Codes will be given to you
