I just "spoke" with support - very nice person. Support are unable to fix those of us with no player hub access. The rep is sending a note to the dev team, who will then need to fix it. Just FYI.

I figured this feature was going to be PC only from the get go, the only hope is they haven't turned it on for consoles as they are still trying to fix issues server side.
