Perks keep unequiping

sometimes when i go into the charater menu 1 or more of the perks that i have put on my guy have unequiped themselfs. This happens to the different loadouts i use.

Same here.. I don't really need to use the other load-outs BUT my perks keep being unequipped in my 5th slot.

Not only they un-equip themselves but also switch between loadouts.

I have been mentioning this since my fourth perk. This is a HUGE bug, what is the purpose of having different loadouts or 25 different perks maxed out if you can only use 5 of them between all your load outs.
I mentioned before I will not spend any more money on this game until they fix its basic functionality.

Yeah this is a frustrating bug, but I have just been taking all class neutral perks in the meantime.

Same issue. Fifth perk down on the 2nd load out (the one I'm running the most). Generally happens after I load into another area, come back into the world from a co-op match, or competitive multiplayer.
