Where can I get the other colored Doges?

So I just seen a guy with a metallic dodge.

I know how to get the Black one, and I know that you can get the other dodge from Pre-odering.

How do I get the Mettalic/other colored doges?

from what ive heard they are all out of special sales in vendors i know were to get the orange dodge from the one of the hidden vendors but thats it

They're rarely seen as special sales at random vendors - so you'll just have to go from vendor to vendor every time the special sale updates and hope that it's selling one.

I've been hunting for one for a good while, but to no avail.

you get the black challenger from a pursuit under vehicles by completing certain races with a gold medal, i heard you get the white charger from the iron demon ranch vendor but i dont know where to get the plum crazy challenger

As TH_WarMachine said the orange is from a hidden vendor, this vid shows how to get it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNBg-MAIZ7A White and metallic are usually specials in sales. I don't have either yet but most people have said they've found white in Iron Demon Ranch on a special.
