Besides ego rating means basically nothing. I am low level, 309, yet I consistently get top ranks in ark falls. This is because weapon do not scale so no matter your ego you will be able to deal the same amount of damage.

and I can still get my a** handed to me by a swarm of mutants at level 590+ (I think I'm 594 or 584, not sure.)

Im like 835 now i think and my friends are all in there thousands and they dont play

wow lots of free time on their hands....lol

granted if i didn't wait around for a cpl of friends to do missions i'd probably be that high by now. I'm willin to game with anyone just to meet some new peeps unless they blast music through their headset haha

sadly my boyfriend gave me an xbox. today. and i havent gotten a mic but its on top of my list tommarow or thursday but i can still talk through the chat thingy if we do play which i hope we do you sound pretty cool haha.
