4th hidden vendor found? help me out and legendary carbine for trade

i found a supplies vendor at the base of the peninsula where u find the chronkite mod vendor n lock box its where the main road t's off for sum reason i unlocked it but cant unlock it again i cant figure out what i did to get it to spawn iv killed everything in the area if anyone can help lmk in game also have a legendary carbine for trade looking for either a legendary shield or maybe a combat shotgun grenade launcher cluster sumthin i cant think of the name it dont matter make an offer i dont use this weapon i have others i do use

Didn't actually know there was hidden vendors... No idea to help you, but my weapon of choice is a carbine, what would you want for it?

If you are talking about the one in the little alcove where it spawns beside a shack you have to wait and kill all the enemies that pop up in that little area usually 4-5

I feel like you guys aren't reading what the OP said, he may have found a --> 4th <-- hidden vendor(which implies that he knows about the first 3) and the area he is describing is not remotely close to the other 3 so stop suggesting that it may be one of those....

That being said this could also be a wild goose chase, so who knows.
