I bought a Season Pass on Xbox Live about 24 Hours ago and have not received the XP boost and Hellbug hat.
is anyone else experiencing delays on these hitting your "Clam Items" or is it just me?
It came with an XP boost? I decided to buy the pass today as well and I know it comes with the hat and the lock box. Haven't been on to check if I can receive them yet, however. I will fire it up and let you know.
Edit: Your Hellbug hat should be in your headgear menu, that is where I found mine.

Species? As in the singular or the plural? Oh and I am aware everyone will be getting the dlc, not just those who paid for the season pass. What out of the things you mentioned will be available exclusively for season pass owners? All of it? Parts of it? Or will everyone have access to all the same stuff and season pass owners just get some variations of it like say season pass owners will receive both red and blue cars while non-buyers will just get blue? Want to believe my 40 dollars is going to get me things I can say "wow, glad I bought the pass" and not "pfft! I paid 40 for stuff everyone else is getting for free and the things that are different (colors, stats, weapons) " are barely noticeable/worth it.

I've asked similar question and haven't been answered with anything specific. Which basically means that Trion hasn't decided yet who they will "shaft" more. If there are enough DLC bought by us, they will most certainly put more things in payed DLCs and less in non payed ones. And vice versa if they will not sell enough DLCs.
We have to realize that they can change their strategy between two DLCs all the time and they will do it if necessary. It would be very nice to have some sort of comparison table to see what we gain or lose by buying or not. But such a comparison doesn't even exist in their heads, let alone in real.
And getting official and specific response on that is not going to happen either. They are to afraid to commit themselves.
Right... 5 DLC's = 40 is just new races and vehicles.

Pretty much this. Give me real content and I'll pay for it. More boss fights, co-op dungeons with 10+ people, things like that earn my money. Little vanity crap like character skins and a new gun that'll probably do less damage than the SAW everyone and their grandma is currently using doesn't interest me in the slightest.
There will most likely be new missions and stuff exclusive to season pass owners (and those who buy the dlc's separately), but the main stuff will probably be free.
I seriously doubt "massive amount of content" is just fluff.

I am interested in buying the DLC but 1st I need more info.
Will all DLC be a mixture of pvp and pve ? - as I would not want to purchase any PVP DLC as I don't play that side of the game.
2nd - What is the point of an another alien race? Unless we get another class besides Ark Hunter? There seems to be no point starting another character or replay value in the game at this point. Not like Rift.
Give us some more details on the DLC so I have a better Idea what I am purchasing.
