Is there a sneak peak at what the hellbug hat looks like? I wanna get a jump on making a physical replica while I still have time (aka, BEFORE the game launches, lol)

Shogo, we're not mocking anyone about the "fashion show". It has been explicitly stated that the in-game store will offer cosmetic items and xp/currency boosting items which are in no way gamebreaking or would lead to "pay2win". It also been stated that the items that DLC buyers have access to, that the people that choose not to buy don't, won't give a major advantage. The only way to "pay2win" is if you were participating in an in-game fashion show. Which I will more than likely partake in because I'm a sucker for cosmetic items.

At this point we have take the Devs/Community Team's word that there will be no "Pay2Win" in this game. Having a history with Trion, I can take what is said at face value. The only way its speculation is if we assume that every person that's repping Trion and has answered this question is a liar and they've yet to show that to be the case.

Why don't you guys do a bundle/package including the season pass to PC players like you do with the console players with the Ultima Edition?

I'm just saying that you can't make factual statements about content that doesn't exist, and that attacking people for having questions about it is counterproductive.

You choose to take Trion's statements at face value, and that's OK. Other players have experience with games that have started off offering cosmetic items and have crept into offering functional items that offer substantial in-game advantages. Given that Trion has already offered conflicting official explanations regarding pre-order bonus items--through no fault of the community reps, I'm sure--(e.g., Dodge Challenger being a Trion exclusive or not, differing season pass duration, and ambiguous use of the word season itself), I think it's understandable that some people may be taking a wait and see attitude.

Ok, I think I can put in context the 3-12 month statement made by Sledge. It was in response to a question of how long it was to take to see the 5 DLC's you are entitled to by purchasing the Season Pass. Within the 1st Year after release, no sooner than 3 months after, there will be 5 DLC packs/expansions that will be offered for purchase in addition to those that will be offered for free. If you decide not to purchase those DLC packs, you can still play through the content but not be able to access any of the cosmetic items or weapons that are included.

While a "wait and see" attitude is a perfectly reasonable reaction, there seems to be more spreading of untrue information than "wait and see". Without firsthand experience with the parties in question, why lay the sins of their competitors on them. Now I'm more than cynical with most things in life but as of yet, Trion has not let me down. If that changes, I'll be the the guy with the gas can and pitchfork.

If folks are questioning whether to purchase the Season Pass, just wait until after the first DLC and judge it then. You lose out on the pre-order bonuses but they are for those that trust that the content will be worth at least $40.

In the interest of full disclosure, I must admit that I have not pre-ordered the season pass but may purchase it after release.
