Not necessarily. Just as Bdtry pointed out you can try upgrading it.
But you may want to also consider that for most sources the UE is $50 USD more than the Deluxe Edition, while the Season Pass is only $39.99 USD . So if the extra items in the UE aren't worth it to you when added to the Deluxe Edition then you might just want to save yourself the $10 USD difference.
It's up to you of course.
