On the live stream they said you get a discount off the season pass with the Ultimate edition but wasnt it supposed to be free??
Will the season pass still be available after the DLC's come out?
For example, if I "wait and see" and by the 3rd DLC I'm thinking "Oh, I wish I had them, I really should buy them all," will I be allowed to buy the season pass late?

Technically free is just a 100% discount after all.

Noticed sledge said you could pre purchase the season pass.. How and where do you buy it? I don't see the season pass on xbox live? And 3200 Microsoft points is more like $45
That is only because M$ screws Canadians with higher prices on M$ points. They try to say "smaller market share, costs more to ship cards etc... but it is still free to create and ship when you buy them with a CC on Live.
ok so going by whats been said the UE still is still coming with a free season pass
